Sukiyaki vegetables are grown in Shizuoka Prefecture. Beef sukiyaki unique to the Dinner Buffet where you can enjoy as much vegetables and meat as you like. It is also recommended to eat it as a sukiyaki bowl by pouring it over rice!

About contamination

Some of the food to be cooked at the Hotel restaurant kitchen is, but there is also food and processed goods, including a specific feedstock "eggs, milk, wheat, peanuts, shrimp, crab, buckwheat", and other ingredients We cook using the same equipment.
