Article 1 Application of this agreement

  1. Accommodation contracts and related contracts concluded by the Hotel with guests shall be as provided for in these Terms and Conditions, and matters not provided in these Terms shall be subject to laws and ordinarily established customs. I will.
  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Hotel can comply with the special contract within the scope of the purpose, laws and customs of this agreement.

Article 2 Application for accommodation contract

  1. If you want to apply for accommodation contract at the Hotel, we will offer the following matters to the Hotel.

    (1) Name, age, gender, address and contact information of the guest (2) Accommodation date and estimated time of arrival (3) Other information deemed necessary by the Hotel

  2. If the guest requests during the stay that the stay will be continued beyond the Accommodation date in the previous paragraph (2), the Hotel will process it as if a new accommodation contract had been applied at the time the request was made. ..

Article 3 reservation fee

  1. If the accommodation contract is established under the provisions of the preceding article, payment of a deposit up to the accommodation charge for the accommodation period (3 days if it exceeds 3 days) may be required.
  2. The reservation deposit will first be applied to the accommodation fee that the guest will ultimately have to pay, and if any of the cases stipulated in Article 6 apply, it will be applied to the penalty fee set forth in the same article, and in situations where the provisions of Article 16 apply. If this occurs, the amount will be applied to the penalty first and then to the compensation, and if there is any remaining amount, it will be returned at the time of payment of fees pursuant to the provisions of Article 11.
  3. If the reservation deposit set forth in Paragraph 1 is not paid in accordance with the provisions of the same paragraph, the accommodation contract shall become invalid. However, this only applies if the Hotel notifies the guest of this when specifying the deadline for payment of the reservation deposit.

Article 4 Request for cooperation in infection prevention measures

The Hotel may request the cooperation of those who wish to stay in accordance with the provisions of Article 4-2, Paragraph 1 of the Hotel Business Act.

Article 5 Refusal to accept accommodation

The Hotel may not accept the conclusion of the Accommodation Contract in the following cases.

  1. (1) When the application for accommodation does not comply with this agreement.
  2. (2) When there is no Room type in the room due to full occupancy (members).
  3. (3) When it is recognized that the person who intends to stay may act in a manner contrary to the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good manners and customs regarding accommodation.
  4. (4) When a person seeking lodging repeatedly makes requests to the Hotel that would be an excessive burden to implement and that may significantly impede the provision of services to other guests.
  5. (5) When the person seeking accommodation is clearly recognized as an anti-social force.
    • The gangs stipulated in Article 2, Item 2 of the Act on the Prevention of Unjust Acts by Boryokudan (Act No. 77 of 1991),

  8. (8) Violent demands are made regarding accommodation, or a burden that exceeds a reasonable range (unfair discounts, excessive services not included in the contract, physical or mental attacks, unreasonable demands over a long period of time, etc.) when asked.
  9. (9) When accommodation services cannot be provided due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable reasons.
  10. (10) When applicable to cases specifically stipulated by prefectural ordinances.

Article 6 Cancellation of Accommodation Contract-1

  1. The Hotel, the applicant of the Accommodation Contract is, when you cancel all or part of the accommodation contract, will be charged a penalty by the second "provisions be charged penalty" attached table.
  2. If the Hotel guest does not contact us and does not arrive by 8 pm on the day of stay, the hotel may consider that the accommodation contract has been canceled by the guest and process it. (If the estimated time of arrival is specified in advance, the time 2 hours after that time)
  3. In the case where the cancellation is deemed to have been canceled pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Guest's failure to arrive without contacting the Guest may result in non-arrival or delay of public transportation such as trains or airplanes, or other reasons not attributable to the Guest. If you prove that the cancellation is due to the above, you will not be charged the penalty under Paragraph 1.

Article 7 Cancellation of Accommodation Contract-2

  1. The Hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases, except as otherwise provided.

    (1) When it falls under Article 5 (3) to (10).
    (2) If payment of the reservation deposit as set forth in Article 3, Paragraph 1 is requested, but the payment is not made by the due date.

  2. When the hotel cancels the accommodation contract pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Hotel will refund the reservation fee already collected for the reservation.
  3. When you do not comply with the usage rules in Article 12.

Article 8 Registration of accommodation

  1. Guests must register the following matters at the front desk of the Hotel on the day of their stay .

  2. If the Guest intends to pay the charges set forth in Article 11 using a method that can replace currency, such as an accommodation voucher or credit card, the Guest must present these in advance at the time of registration as set forth in the preceding paragraph.

Article 9 Room type usage hours

  1. Guests may use Room type from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 the next morning. However, if you stay in the same Room type continuously, you can use it all day except on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Hours of use vary depending on some Hotel plans.
  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, we may respond to the use of Room type outside the hours specified in that paragraph. In this case, a prescribed additional charge will be applied.

Article 10 Business hours

  1. Opening hours of the main facilities of the Hotel page of each Hotel, furnishing brochure, various places posting, will guide you in the on-site guidance in guest rooms and others.

Article 11 Payment of fees

  1. The breakdown of the accommodation charges, etc. to be paid by the guest shall be as shown in Appendix 1, “Breakdown of Accommodation Charges”.

Article 12 Compliance with usage rules

Article 13 Refusal to continue accommodation

Even if you accept the accommodation period, we may refuse to continue the accommodation in the following cases.

Article 14 Responsibilities of the Hotel

  1. The Hotel shall compensate for the damages incurred by the accommodation contracts and the contracts related thereto, and when the non-compliance causes damages to the guest. However, this does not apply if it is not due to the responsibility of the Hotel.
  2. Although the Hotel has received the appropriate mark from the fire department, we have insured inn liability insurance in case of a fire.

Article 15 Handling when the contracted Room type cannot be provided

  1. If the Hotel cannot provide the Room type with the contracted room, the hotel shall obtain the consent of the guest and arrange other accommodation under the same conditions as much as possible.
  2. The Hotel will pay a compensation fee equivalent to a penalty to the guest if the accommodation cannot be arranged regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph, and the compensation fee will be applied to the amount of damages. However, we will not pay compensation if there is no reason to blame the Hotel for not providing the Room type .

Article 16 Responsibilities of Guests

If the hotel suffers damage due to the guest 's willfulness or negligence, the Hotel may indemnify the Hotel for the damage.

Article 17 Handling of deposited items, etc.

  1. In the event that damage such as loss or damage occurs to goods, cash, or valuables left at the front desk by the Guest, the Hotel will compensate for such loss, unless the loss is due to force majeure. However, for cash and valuables for which the type and value have not been disclosed in advance by the Guest, the Hotel will compensate for damages up to 150,000 yen.
  2. In the event that damage such as loss or damage occurs due to intention or negligence on the part of the Hotel to the goods, cash, or valuables brought into the Hotel by the Guest and not deposited at the front desk. , the Hotel will compensate for the damage. However, for items for which the type and value have not been disclosed in advance by the Guest, the Hotel will compensate for damages up to 50,000 yen, unless there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Hotel.

Article 18 Storage of baggage or personal effects

  1. If the guest's baggage arrives at the Hotel prior to the accommodation, it will be held responsibly only if the Hotel acknowledges it prior to its arrival and will be handed to the guest upon check-in at the front desk.
  2. After the guest has checked out, if the baggage or personal belongings of the guest are left behind at the Hotel, and if the owner is found, the Hotel will contact the owner and give instructions. However, if there is no instruction from the owner or if the owner is not known, it will be stored for 7 days including the date of discovery and then delivered to the nearest police station.
  3. In the case of the preceding two paragraphs, the responsibility of the Hotel for the storage of baggage or personal belongings of the Hotel is in the case of paragraph 1, the provisions of paragraph 1 of the preceding Article, and in the case of the preceding paragraph, the same Article It shall comply with the provisions of Section 2.

Article 19 Parking Responsibility

When a guest uses the Hotel's parking lot, regardless of whether the vehicle key is entrusted to the guest, the Hotel rents the space to the guest and does not assume any responsibility for managing the vehicle. However, if damage is caused intentionally or negligently by the Hotel in managing the parking lot, the hotel will be held responsible for the damage.
