About check-in / check-out

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 10:00.

It may vary depending on the accommodation plan.

Is it possible to extend the check-out time?

It is possible to extend the check-out time for 2,500 yen per room per hour.
Late check-out available until 12:00 (check-out usually 10:00)

We may not be able to check out later than usual depending on the reservation situation on the day.

Is it possible to shorten the check-in time?

It is possible to accelerate the check-in time with 2,500 yen per room per hour.
Early check-in is possible from 13:00 (check-in usually 15:00)

We may not be able to check in earlier than usual depending on the reservation situation on the day.

Can I always get tickets attached to plan benefits?

It will be handed to you at the Hotel reception regardless of check-in time.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you want to use it on the day of your stay, please drop in at the Hotel.

Can I send my luggage by courier?

To slip, on top of the stated the "booking name", "Accommodation date", please send us the two days before the Accommodation date as a guide.

When should I pay?

You can also use cash payment at checkout or credit card.

The payment method varies depending on the plan. For details, please check the contents of each plan.

Arrival is late, can you help me?

Please contact the Hotel for arrivals after 6 pm as dinner preparations will be made.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in?

We will keep it at the front desk.

Is the parking lot free?

Free of charge from the morning of your Accommodation date until check-out.
Parking after check-out depends on availability, so please contact us at the time of check-out.

About Room type

Do you want to stay in a non-smoking room?

All rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Are there bathrooms and toilets in the room?

It is a unit bath with an integrated bath and toilet. All toilets are wash toilets.

Are there relaxation wear, toothbrushes, and towels in the room?

We have prepared for the number of paid customers.

Do you have relaxation wear for children?

We have relaxation wear for children. (There are S to L sizes)

Do you have futons for children?

There is no futon for children. If necessary, please use a futon for adults.

Is it possible to bring in drinks?

There are no restrictions on bringing drinks, etc. into your room. Please refrain from bringing to the restaurant.

Is internet available in the room?

Wi-Fi is available in all Room type, the restaurant and the lobby.

What kind of amenities are available?

Bath towels, face towels, hand soaps, hand towels, toothbrushes, hair dryers, rinse-in shampoo, slippers, body shampoo, shoehorns, relaxation wear, obi, haori, and ballpoint pens are available.

There are no microwave ovens, DVD (video) players, games, etc.

Can I stay with my pet?

We do not allow guests to stay with pets.

Is room service available?

About Bath

How old can I bathe with a heterosexual parent?

Mixed bathing is prohibited from the age of 6 (first grade of elementary school).

About the restaurant

Is there a children's chair in the restaurant?

Children's chairs are available. However, please understand that the number is limited.

Does the restaurant have non-smoking seats?

All restaurants are non-smoking.

Is there a private room in the restaurant?

There is not.

Can I enter the restaurant in relaxing wear and slippers?

It will be available.

How is the meal time determined?

We will inform you during the check-in procedure.
If you arrive late, we may not be able to meet your desired time. Please be forewarned.

When is the pool open?

The outdoor garden pool is open only in summer. Please contact us for detailed dates.

Do you have a massage?

There is not.

Is there laundry on site?

We have a laundry corner outside on the first floor. Equipped with 3 washing machines.
We also sell detergents.

Is there a shuttle bus?

There is a shuttle service between JR Awakominato Station and the Hotel.

Please make a reservation at the front desk for the shuttle bus from the Hotel to Awa-Kominato Station. Please check the access for details.

Is there a convenience store near the Hotel?

It is about a 5 minute walk.

Where is the beach?

There is Shirosaki Beach in about 2 minutes on foot.

How far is it to Kamogawa Sea World?

It is about 10 minutes by car. There is also a shuttle bus from the Hotel.
There is also a plan with an entrance ticket.

I would like to play in front of the Hotel before check-in. Is there a changing room?

You can use the changing room in the Bath. Please come to the front desk once.
