When will the cancellation fee be charged?

We have received it from 3 days before the Accommodation date.

What if I change my Accommodation date?

It is not possible to change the Accommodation date an online reservation.
Please cancel once and then book again.

What is the maximum number of nights that can be booked online? Can I change the number of people per room and plan?

After specifying the date, you can make a reservation for up to 30 consecutive nights. Also, if you want to change the number of people or plan for each room, please make a separate reservation.

Can I change the number of people and the plan by day when making an online reservation?

Dates cannot be changed. If you want to change the number of people or plan for each day, please make a reservation for each day.

Is it possible to specify the view from the room and the number of floors?

It is not possible to specify the view or the number of floors from the HP. For more information, please contact the Reservation Center. We cannot make a promise, but we will accept it as a request.

When I stay 2 nights, the number of rooms is different between the 1st and 2nd nights.

Please book the first and second night separately.
After booking, please fill in the reservation confirmation email stating that you will be staying for 2 nights and then reply.

Can I make a reservation on the same day?

Internet reservations are accepted "until 3:00"on the day of Accommodation date.

Children In The Hotel is elementary school children, infants we have been a child of less than elementary school from 3 years old.

  • Children under the age of 3 are not charged for accommodation.
  • At KARUIZAWA/ TOJOKO, children aged 0 to 2 will be charged a facility usage fee of 1,000 yen (tax included).
