What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 10:00.

It may vary depending on the accommodation plan.

Can I always get tickets attached to plan benefits?

It will be handed to you at the Hotel reception regardless of check-in time.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you want to use it on the day of your stay, please drop in at the Hotel.

Can I send my luggage by courier?

To slip, on top of the stated the "booking name", "Accommodation date", please send us the two days before the Accommodation date as a guide.

When should I pay?

You can also use cash payment at checkout or credit card.

Depending on the plan, cash payment may be the only option.

Arrival is late, can you help me?

Please contact the Hotel for arrivals after 6 pm as dinner preparations will be made.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in?

Coin lockers are available for a fee.

Can I use the parking lot before check-in?

Hotel parking is free even before check-in.

Can I stay with my pet?

I'm sorry. We do not accept pets.

About plan tickets

Can I always get a ticket for the Toy Kingdom?

Tickets will be handed out at the front desk from 8:00 am on the day of accommodation.

Check-in procedure is required.

Check-in is from 15:00, can I still use the Toy Kingdom ticket on the day of my stay?

It can be used from the day of stay.
Excuse me, but if you want to use it on the day of your stay, please drop in at the Hotel.

Can I use the Toy Kingdom ticket on the day of my stay or the next day?

You can use it on either day.
Please consider according to your travel schedule.

About Room type

Do you want to stay in a non-smoking room?

All rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Do you have a yukata, toothbrush and towel in the room?

Towels are in the room. Other amenities are available in the amenity bar on each floor. take what you need

Do you have children's yukata?

We have 3 kinds of yukata for children. Available in 90cm, 110cm, and 130cm.

I want to make a child's milk. Can I prepare hot water?

There is a pot in each room.

How many Japanese futons do you have in the Japanese-style room?

There are 3 sets of Japanese futons in the Japanese and Japanese-style room. It is a style that customers can use freely.

Is internet available in the room?

Wi-Fi is available in all Room type, the restaurant and the lobby.

Is room service available?

Sorry, no room service.

Can I use the refrigerator in the room?

There is no refrigerator in the Room type, so you can use it freely.

Is there a safe in the room?

There is no. Please use the security locker in front of the front desk.

Is the bath in your room a Hot Spring?

Not a Hot Spring.

About Bath

How old can I bathe with a heterosexual parent?

HYOGO Public Bath Law, mixed bathing is not allowed from 7 years old and over. (Updated on December 10, 2020)

Is it possible to use the Bath in a wheelchair?

We regret to inform you that it is not available. Due to the structure of the facility, you cannot enter as a wheelchair, but you can use it if you are with a family member or other caregiver.

Is it possible to use only the Bath?

You can use it.

Are there children's chairs at the dining venue?

Children's chairs are available at each restaurant. However, please understand that the number is limited.

Do you have room meals?

Both evening and breakfast will be announced at the restaurant.

Does the restaurant have non-smoking seats?

All restaurants are non-smoking.

Is there a private room in the restaurant?

There is not.

Do you have baby food?

We have prepared so please enjoy.

Can the restaurant be entered with yukata and slippers?

You can use yukata and slippers at the restaurant. However, Restaurant Kleber wears Tanzen on Yukata.

How is the meal time determined?

We will inform you during the check-in procedure.
If you arrive late, we may not be able to meet your desired time. Please be forewarned.

Do mobile phones receive radio waves?

Radio waves are available for NTT DOCOMO, au and Softbank. Please note that there are some places where radio waves are difficult to enter.

Is there a convenience store near the Hotel?

It is about 10 minutes by car.

Is there an ATM?

There is not. There is a convenience store about 10 minutes by car.

Is there a facility where babies can play in the hall?

There is a kids space with a 50 mm thick cushion in front of the Bath.

Do you have laundry facilities?

There are 5 coin-operated laundry machines on the 1st floor of the Connection Building. (300 yen per wash, additional charge for using dryer)
