About user entry

user entry is required to use this online reservation system.
After selecting the accommodation plan and schedule, a screen will appear during the reservation process, so please register.
An email address is required for registration.
There is no registration fee or annual membership fee for use.
If you would like to receive our e-mail newsletter, we will send you information on special offers.

About Change / Delete of registered contents

The registered contents can be Change / Delete from the [Change My Page/ User information ] menu.
You can also change the suspension of sending the e-mail newsletter from here.

How to change your password

  1. Click My Page.
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. Please enter your registered email address and your name in double-byte katakana.
  4. Click Send at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Your email address will be displayed in [Verify your identity], so click [Close].
  6. [HOTEL GREEN PLAZA] We will send you a password reset notification email.
  7. Open the received email and click the URL for password reset.
  8. [Reset Password] is displayed. Enter a new password and a new password (for confirmation), and click [Finish].
  9. [Reset password] will be displayed, so click [Close]. This completes the change.

Retention of user entry information

As of November 2019, we have deleted the registered information of customers who have not logged in for 5 years once in order to maintain the accuracy of the information.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but please make a user entry again when using the website reservation.

For customers who have stayed at our affiliated Hotel in the past, we will set up so that you can see the accommodation plan page for customers only on our website.
