What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.

It may vary depending on the accommodation plan.

Can I always get tickets attached to plan benefits?

It will be handed to you at the Hotel reception regardless of check-in time.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you want to use it on the day of your stay, please drop in at the Hotel.

Can I send my luggage by courier?

Please specify the "accommodation reservation person's name" and "Accommodation date" on the slip, and send it about 2 days before the Accommodation date.
* Please note that if the sender / recipient (name of the guest representative) is unknown, you will not be able to receive it.

When should I pay?

You can use cash payment at checkout or credit card.
If you choose pre-payment, please pay with the credit company's payment cycle.

Arrival is late, can you help me?

Check-in at night is possible.

There is no refrigerator in the Room type, so you can use it freely.

Not a Hot Spring. The bath in the Deluxe room is a Hot Spring.

About Bath

Up to what age can children and parents of the opposite sex use the Bath?

In accordance with the KANAGAWA Public Baths Act, children of the opposite sex are allowed up to the age of 6, but children over the age of 7 are not allowed to bathe together.

Is it possible to use the Bath in a wheelchair?

It is possible to go to the Bath using the elevator. From there you will need an attendant.

How is the meal time determined?

We will inform you when you check in.
If you arrive late, we may not be able to meet your desired time. Please be forewarned.

Facilities and services in the building

Do mobile phones receive radio waves?

Radio waves are available for NTT DOCOMO, au and Softbank. Please note that there are some places where radio waves are difficult to enter.

Where can I see Mt. Fuji?

You can see it from the Open air bath for men and women, the courtyard, the front of the Hakone no Mori Heights Church chapel, etc.
Some room types offer views of Mt. Fuji.

Is there a convenience store near the Hotel?

It is about 10 minutes by car.
