About 50 kinds of Japanese and Western Buffet enjoy seasonal flavors and local dishes, mainly ingredients from Joshu and Shinshu.

The open kitchen serves teppanyaki made with Joshu Mochi Pork and freshly fried tempura.
Guests can enjoy the Hotel special roast beef and local cuisine from Joshu and Shinshu.
In addition to a fresh vegetable section unique to the highlands, there is also a full menu of kids' and baby food!

The Hanyuda Gyoza

It is extremely popular at the "Hanyuda Shop," a direct sales store in KARUIZAWA where customers always line up. The gyoza dumplings made with "Maboroshi no Cabbage 419" have super thin skin and are filled with plenty of filling.
This is an exquisite dish that bursts with the delicious flavor of cabbage with just one bite.

GUNMA's local dish, Kosinejiru

"Eat miso soup" with various ingredients named after the initials of "Konnyaku," "Shiitake," and "Green onion," which are Joshu's specialty products!

Sanzoku-yaki

Sanzokuyaki, chicken thighs marinated in garlic soy sauce and fried in oil, is a satisfying meal.

Shinshu Specialty Oyaki

Oyaki is a local dish representative of Shinshu. A steamed bun with vegetables such as nozawana and edible wild plants wrapped in flour.

Gunma specialty "Chicken Rice" / "Sauce Katsudon"
