About check-in / check-out

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 10:00.

It may vary depending on the accommodation plan.

Can I always get tickets attached to plan benefits?

It will be handed to you at the Hotel reception regardless of check-in time.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you want to use it on the day of your stay, please drop in at the Hotel.

Can I send my luggage by courier?

To slip, on top of the stated the "booking name", "Accommodation date", please send us the two days before the Accommodation date as a guide.

When should I pay?

You can use cash payment at checkout or credit card.
If you choose pre-payment, please pay with the credit company's payment cycle.

Arrival is late, can you help me?

Check-in at night is possible.
However, please note that for plans that include dinner, the restaurant will be open until 21:00.
Please contact the Hotel if you are arriving after 6:00 pm so we can make preparations.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in?

We will keep it at the front cloakroom.

Can I use the parking lot before check-in?

Hotel parking is free even before check-in.

Can I stay with my pet?

There are “DOG HOTEL PEDREAM” and “Wanwan VILLAGE (winter holidays)” dedicated to doggy. Please note that you cannot enter the Hotel building.

I have a lot of luggage. Do you have a bellboy?

Sorry, there is no Bellboy. Please use a carry cart at the entrance.

About Room type

Do you want to stay in a non-smoking room?

From April 1, 2017, all rooms are non-smoking rooms.

Do you have toothbrushes and towels in the room?

We have prepared for the number of paid customers.

Do you have children's yukata?

We have 3 types of yukata for children. Length 120cm 110cm 100cm 90cm

I want to make a child's milk. Can I prepare hot water?

There is a pot in each room.

How many Japanese futons do you have in the Japanese-style room?

There are 2 sets of Japanese futon in the Main Hall Japanese-style room Western room , 3 sets of Connection Hall Japanese-style room, and 4 sets of Connection Hall Maisonette room. It is a style that customers can use freely.

Is internet available in the room?

Wi-Fi is available in all Room type, the restaurant and the lobby.

Is room service available?

Sorry, no room service.

Can I use the refrigerator in the room?

There is no refrigerator in the Room type, so you can use it freely.

Is there a safe in the room?

There is.

Does the Duplex room have a TV on the second floor?

Unfortunately, there is no TV in the bedroom on the second floor.

About Bath

How old can I bathe with a heterosexual parent?

According to the GUNMA Public Bath Law, mixed bathing is prohibited from approximately 7 years of age (1st grade of elementary school).

Is it possible to use the Bath in a wheelchair?

We regret to inform you that it is not available. Due to the structure of the facility, you cannot enter as a wheelchair, but you can use it if you are with a family member or other caregiver.

Is it possible to use only the Bath?

You can use it.

About the restaurant

Are there children's chairs at the dining venue?

Children's chairs are available at each restaurant. However, please understand that the number is limited.

Does the restaurant have non-smoking seats?

All restaurants are non-smoking.

Is there a private room in the restaurant?

There is no. However, there is a charter for the Banquet. Please contact us for details.

Can the restaurant be entered with yukata and slippers?

Available at all restaurants.

How is the meal time determined?

For Dinner Buffet We will give you a time ticket at the time of check-in.
If you arrive late, we may not be able to meet your desired time. Please be forewarned.
For other meals, please decide your visit time at the check-in procedure.

About the facility

Is there a facility where babies can play in the hall?

There is a "kids play room (charged)" on the second floor of the Main Hall.

Is there a nursing room?

Located on the second floor of the Main Hall.

How far is it to KARUIZAWA Toys Kingdom?

It will take about 1 minute by car. There is also a circulating bus from the Hotel.

How far is it to Princeland Prince Land Golf Club?

It takes about 2 minutes by car. There is also a circulating bus from the Hotel.

Do mobile phones receive radio waves?

Radio waves are available for NTT DOCOMO, au and Softbank. Please note that there are some places where radio waves are difficult to enter.

Is there a smoking space?

Main Hall: Near the entrance stairs Connection Hall: Located outside the 2nd floor entrance (under the roof).

About service

Is there a stroller available for rent?

We rent for free. Please tell us at the front desk.

Does the Hotel sell KARUIZAWA Toys Kingdom tickets?

It is sold at a special discount for guests.

Is there a shuttle bus?

There is a transfer between KARUIZAWA Station and the Hotel.

There is Seven Eleven about 15 minutes by car.

There is no. There is Seven Eleven about 15 minutes by car.

About Dog Hotel

Do you keep it in the gauge while depositing?

While there are staff, I try to keep it as much as possible for each dog.
For dogs who are not good at dog runs, naps at the office, and other dogs and people, it may be safer for them to be in the gauge.
If you have any requests from the owner, please let us know when you deposit. There are trade-offs with other doggies, but we will do our best to meet your wishes.
From 19:00 to 7am, go to the gauge and sleep well.

Can I meet after 19:00? Do you have staff during the night?

Owners are requested to enter and leave the room between 7:00 and 19:00 during business hours. Please note that the facility will be unmanned from 19:00 to 7:00 the next day.

Excretion is not done unless it is a walk. Can you take a walk?

Staff at the property do not take walks.
For dogs who are customary to excrete outside, please be assured that there is an attached dog run.
If you need a walk, please ask the owner yourself during business hours.

What should the dog eat?

Please bring the food you are used to eating. The staff will ask you in detail about how to give.
Please note that there is a refrigerator, but there is no heating facility such as a microwave oven.
If it is dry food, it would be helpful if you can subdivide it into small portions.
We do not prepare food at this facility, so be sure to prepare it by the owner.

Is it okay to leave it once and go to see me on the way?

of course. You may come and visit us as often as you like during business hours.

What if I arrive after 19:00?

In that case, please contact the Hotel. ( 0279-86-4111)
There will be no specialized staff after 19:00, so the front desk staff will be there.
Please call the front desk when you arrive.

Can you keep me before check-in and after check-out?

of course. We will keep it for one hour (charged).

Can you keep the shampoo or shampoo cut for you?

It is possible. Depending on the reservation situation, we may refuse.
Please make a reservation along with your storage schedule. It is also possible to reserve only trimming.
Please check the trimming price list for charges.

If I have multiple dogs, can I use the gauge together?

It is possible to connect two gauges used by one head together.
The number is limited, so please let us know when you make a reservation if you wish.
